We have acquired project management resources that allow us to subcontract when needed and the majority of our sub-base has been an integral part for 20+ years. We are able to manage several jobs at one time, from small to medium to large due to scalability. This means with the existing talent and team approach utilized throughout the company, as well as the external relationships, our company is very flexible. 

All necessary project activities are discussed in the planning meeting prior to the implementation of the project. All associated personnel are given individual assignments and deadlines. From the very beginning of any project, there is a meeting of teams that will work to coordinate individual efforts. The meeting will spell out the plans and working relationships of various team members. Our staff has the experience and capability to perform multiple tasks, at multiple locations, simultaneously and to execute in a timely manner.

Rubio and Son Interiors, Inc. utilizes a quality control system which first begins with the assessment of the work to be performed. The next step is fulfillment of the work to be completed by the experienced professional. All work is under scrutiny of RSI supervisors during the project duration. We utilize shop drawings, when necessary, to certify that all workers on the job have a clear understanding of the scope of the project. The size of our company allows us to be very agile and efficient in completing job opportunities. We utilize hierarchy management structure which is simple and adequate to respond quickly and efficiently in completing its goals and objectives. On a daily basis, the superintendent and/or project manager will evaluate the project's progress, monitor operations for compliance with contract requirements and ensure that safety protocols are being followed. We believe that communication is key in a successful project. We will work together with all stakeholders to shorten timelines, which is beneficial to all parties. Any and all issues, change orders or problems are addressed immediately, meaning the same business day.
